Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Headline
I got it installed (I think), but now I don't know what to do with it
Description
I edited all the text files and installed nginx and certs.
Conduit seems to be running(at least the service is running).
But how do I add users, and what are my login parameters for a client?
Did I miss something? I think just a few lines and could be golden.
Thanks
PS. I love your tech choices. Rust and Rocket are awesome.
Hi Tom, you should be able to use a client like https://app.element.io and connect it to your homeserver.
Thanks Timo,
OK, I can put columbia32.mydhp.de (my server) in there, but what are my username and password?
You can register a new account using Element
Even if I set allow_registration = false (I want to stay in control of my users) ?
No, we don't have a way to create accounts in this case. The only option is setting it to true, creating the account and setting it to false again (and restarting conduit every time)
OK great! Thanks, that is fine for now. It works.
Can I list all users and disable some of them (easily)?
No, these admins tools are not implemented yet, sorry. Also see #12
OK, thanks a lot. I still like this way more than synapse ;-)
Keep up the great work!
