Hi! I only use Neochat as a client, and one "incompatibility" between Neochat and Conduit is that when you click to view a room in Neochat, this can only be done after an event has been received by the running Neochat. Before an event has been received in a room (after application open/connect), Neochat will show nothing (loading bar).

Errors on the CLI for Conduit are:

WARN conduit::utils::error: 400 Bad Request: M_INVALID_PARAM: Invalid from value.

over and over again, until an event is received in the selected room. After an event is received in the room, it works!

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like additional logging (what the invalid value is? or what rule it violated to make it invalid) detail so I can track down who is "wrong" here, and get the appropriate party to fix.

Thank you.

Whatever the underyling issue (disagreement between neochat and conduit) was, has been resolved between the two softwares. This can be closed.
