Can not delete a appservice with command, when the id have a space character #419

Description

When the appservice id have a space character within, we can not delete it with command unregister-appservice.

System Configuration

Conduit Version:docker tag next, fdd4e87cdf35
Database backend (default is sqlite): rocksdb

This is because Conduit's admin room doesn't parse commands very intelligently, it just splits them by whitespace: 2475995102/src/service/admin/mod.rs (L325)
