+Many public Forgejo and Gitea instances suffer from advertising accounts or organizations promoting websites, gambling, and sometimes illegal stuff. This is bad and it hurts both users and the instance.
+
+You can help. If you're an individual using a Forgejo/Gitea instance, you can contact the administrators to stop them. If you're an administrator, you can take action such as adding CAPTCHAs, temporarily or permanently disabling self registration, and more, and help out other admins to combat them.
