In Codeberg/Design #39 the idea was thrown around to put some links under a new dropdown and prominently link to the docs instead. This rewrites the docs index page and adds some more information on how to get started, as well as adds some other tweaks to **communication methods** and gives a new explanation of **what Codeberg is**.
